Our hotel on the Island of Elba » our rates
Our hotel has 3 different types of rooms, depending on their size and what part of the hotel they are in: all our rooms have Sat-TV, fridge bar, safe, private bathroom with hair dryer where guests will also find a beach bag, flip flops, and a welcoming toiletries bag with "Acqua dell'Elba" products.
Just a short stroll from the sea and our hotel, our "Cala Azzurra" Annex offers 4 studio apartments, all able to take a 3rd and 4th bed, with private bathroom, TV, kitchenette and outdoor terrace/patio. Studio apartments are air-conditioned and their interiors have just been refurbished with new bathrooms and furnishings.
Il Cigno (The Swan Rooms): rooms with double bed, or double bed plus extra single bed, or suitable for families, all with air conditioning and balcony overlooking the sea
Il Mare (The Sea Rooms): rooms with double bed, or double bed plus extra single bed, or suitable for families, all with air conditioning and balcony overlooking the sea
Il Giardino (The Garden Rooms): rooms double bed, or double bed plus extra single bed, or suitable for families, all with ceiling fan and terrace/balcony overlooking the garden
Cala Azzurra Rooms: Double, triple or quadruple rooms, with terrace / patio, air conditioning

REDUCTIONS
Children: from 3 to 12 years: -50% in 3rd and 4th bed;
Adults extra single bed in double bedroom -30%.
REDUCTION FOR BED & BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION
- Reduction of € 20,00/d. per person

PETS
Pets are welcome, no extra charge, but they are not allowed at the swimming pool or in the restaurant.br>
Check-in: from 02:00 p.m. - Check-out: within 10:30 a.m.
CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your booking, your deposit will be refunded only if you notify us in writing no later than 20 days before the booked arrival date. No refund will be given if we receive notification later than the fore mentioned date, as is the case of arrival delays or early departures.
How to pay the down payment
After receiving confirmation of your reservation via e-mail, please send us a deposit using one of the following methods. The deposit amount will be specified in the booking confirmation that you will receive via e-mail.
Deposits sent by international credit transfer will be credited to your final bill net of bank charges for the operation.
